Scope
These terms apply to timcao.com and its hosted games and tools, operated by Tim Cao, and project deployments that expressly link here. Read the Privacy Policy for information about data. Additional clearly identified rules may apply to a specific game or feature. External services have their own terms.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and respect other players. Do not harass, impersonate, publish private information, submit unlawful material, manipulate public scores, bypass access controls or rate limits, or disrupt the service. Online accounts, public submissions and chat are not offered to children under 13. Minors should use online features only with permission from a parent or guardian where required.
Accounts and submissions
Keep your sign-in secure. Submit only material you have permission to share. You retain your rights in your submissions and allow us to store, process and display them as needed to operate the feature you use. Public names, scores and published content may be seen by others. We may remove unlawful or abusive content, reject invalid scores, or restrict access to protect users and the service.
Site content and third-party rights
Games, code, artwork, music, articles and other materials may belong to Tim Cao or their respective creators. Access to this site does not grant ownership or permission to redistribute material beyond applicable law or its stated license. Open-source, Wikipedia and other third-party licenses and attributions continue to apply. Third-party names and links do not imply endorsement.
Experimental services and saves
These are experimental games and tools. Features, rankings, balance and availability may change or be discontinued. Browser saves can be lost through clearing data, device changes, browser behavior or incompatible updates. Keep an export where a game provides one. Local saves, old-domain accounts and online records are not guaranteed to migrate automatically.
No professional advice or guarantees
Games, quizzes, recommendations and informational tools are provided for entertainment or general information, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, suitability or preservation of data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tim Cao is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use these free experimental services. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections that apply in your location.
